This workshop combines Buti Sculpt & Buti DEEP. Combining these 2 practices has proven to be an incredible experience of yin and yang. First, we engage in a highly active and intense set of movements that burn out our muscles and help us relieve the tension in our minds and bodies. Then, we drop into a deeper state of being and the ability to tap into our true sense of body mind awareness is at an increased sensitivity. This combo is guaranteed to have you feeling like a whole new person!
Buti Sculpt is a HIIT workout focused on proper body mechanics and injury prevention. In Buti Sculpt workouts, we focus on building long, lean muscle tone while kicking the body into a heightened metabolic state. HIIT workouts are excellent for burning maximum body fat due to the intervals of max heart rate and max effort. The benefits of this style of workout include a drastically increased metabolism for up to 36 hours post workout. Other HIIT workouts use a low intensity interval as rest time, Buti Sculpt workouts utilize strategic yoga postures during low intensity intervals to prevent injury and facilitate muscle recovery.
Buti DEEP is the restorative format of Buti Yoga that focuses on intentionla and restorative movement sequences that utilize the Spiral Structure Technique ® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro movements with physical though to connect the brain and to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class ends with a 6-10 minute sound meditation.

ABOUT MICHELLE ZYDORCZYK:
Michelle is a RYT200 and Certified Personal Trainer who has been teaching yoga and group fitness for the last 10 years. Michelle first became interested in fitness after a serious illness that left her in a coma for several days. Her own health issues have inspired her to help others on their fitness journeys. She completed her first 200 hour yoga program in 2009 through YogaFit International. Her journey has taken her down many paths as she continued her evolution. Most recently she become Buti Yoga certified and went on to complete their RYS200 in July 2017. She also became certified in Buti Sculpt and Buti DEEP in 2017. She also completed a nutrition coaching certification through Precision Nutrition and has found a passion for Paleo living and enjoys helping people explore healthier ways of eating to fuel their real lives. Her 20 year career in Substance Abuse and Criminal Justice Counseling helps her also understand human behavior and teach others about patterns of behavior that are keeping them from reaching their goals.
